I am a World Champion in match racing. I have several championship medals from the World, European, Nordic and Swedish Championships. I have also been awarded “Sailor of the Year” by the Swedish Sailing Federation. I was at the top of the world in match racing for over ten years and served as trimmer and press officer for the Marie Björling sailing team for five years. I have been trained in setting goals, staying focused and handling setbacks as successes.
I am a Diplomead Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Previously, I worked as Director of Events and Office services at Semcon and as Business and Tourism Manager for Lilla Edet Municipality.
Personal development is the driving force in my life. After completing my sailing career, I began my journey towards “A Swedish Classic” of which the Vasaloppet and the Göteborgsvarvet are some of the completed milestones. In 2012, I conducted the world’s longest paddling race, Dalsland Canoe Marathon+ (55 km in 7.30 hours).
